The Red & White Butcher Shop features quality Boars Head meats and cheeses. We also slow roast our own beef brisket, pulled pork and top round for a flavorful, melt in your mouth experience. We will prepare your custom sandwich order on the sub or specialty roll of your choice, add your selection of meats, cheeses, fresh produce and condiments. We'll create a masterpiece!

Standard - $3 per person, Store made Roast beef, Boar's Head turkey, Boiled ham,. Land Lakes American cheese and swiss, includes rolls.
Hospitality - $3 per person, Boar's Head Honey Maple Ham, Turkey and Black Pepper Ham with Boar's Head Provolone, Buffalo wing Cheddar Cheese and Land O Lakes American, includes rolls.
Economy - $2.50 per person, Boiled ham, Spiced ham, Shurfine Turkey, Land O Lakes American and Alpine Low Sodium Swiss, includes rolls
Gourmet - $3.25 per person, Boar's Head Turkey, Roast beef and Honey Maple Ham with Boar's Head Cheddar cheese, Finlandia Swiss and Land O Lakes American, includes rolls.
Italian Specialties - $3.25 per person, Boar's Head Cappicola ham, Genoa Salami, Sandwich pepperoni, Boar's Head Black pepper Ham and provolone cheese, includes rolls.
Sandwich platter - $3.50 per person, Crusty store baked sub rolls with an assortment of Roast beef , ham, turkey and cheese layered with lettuce and tomato and garnished with a frilly pick. Condiments on the side.
Assorted wrap platter - $4.75 per person, Colorful wraps filled with turkey, ham, chicken salad, roast beef, tuna salad or veggies, assembled with lettuce and tomato, angle cut and arranged on a platter. Served with tangy Bistro sauce on the side.
