Each day we prepare a variety of ready to serve dishes that will please even the pickiest member of the family. Mix and match entrees and sides and then add a salad and dessert from our take out cooler and you have a plan for dinner. Not a frozen prepared dinner, but a homemade dish made by the staff at Red & White Catering. No reservations necessary!

Monday:

Wednesday:
City Chicken (pork)
Fried Chicken
Pulled Pork BBQ
Mild Cheddar Macaroni and Cheese

Thursday:
City Chicken (Chicken)
Chicken and Biscuits
Mashed Potatoes
Vermont Sharp Cheddar Macaroni and Cheese

Friday:
Breaded Fried Fish
Batter Dipped Fried Fish
Potato and Cheese Pierogies with fried onions
Breaded Popcorn Shrimp
Slow roasted Beef Brisket au jus (sub sandwich available)

Saturday:
Grilled BBQ Rack of Spare Ribs
